In an era where everyone has an access to the internet, marketing has shifted from word of mouth to digital. There are hardly any billboards and every company increased their online presence.

According to Pew Research Center, about three-in-ten U.S. adults say they are ‘almost constantly’ online. That means the number of online shoppers and Social Media users has increased everyday.

Whether you are a small business owner, a large corporate organization, or just a solo-marketer, you must understand the fundamentals of digital marketing.

I think of digital marketing as a tree with many branches. Some of the branches of digital marketing are: Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Just to save time, I will only cover three of widely digital marketing strategies that you can use to increase growth and brand awareness.

With your story, you can build a strong relationship with your customers and increase reputation. Your brand awareness should be the most important contents assets. It must authentic and organic.

Nowadays, there is an increase in Social Media and I believe it is a perfect time to promote your brand, drive traffic and generate leads for your business.

In many of the Social Media platforms, you can easily target specific audience and instantly get results. For example, Facebook Business Manager is an effective tool for any businesses to target multiple clients across different countries.
