From the moment you were born, you have already won the lottery. You are alive, healthy, and looking forward to tomorrow.

Throughout the years of our lives, we commit to different goals. Some of us accomplish our goals and the rest of us forget why we set the goals first.

Life has its ups and downs. The high achievers and those that touched millions of lives didn’t fulfill their dreams in one night.

Every professional athlete, a celebrity, an entrepreneur, a doctor, and those that reached the peak of mountain suffered years of pain and disappointment.

They have worked at their craft day and night. They spent countless hours in the lab and the gym. During those times, they pondered if the pain was worth it.

They have failed over and over again. Their friends, parents, and fans told them they were not good enough.

But they kept showing up and looked for the moment that will change the course of their life.

All it takes is one shot. One phone call. One email from a top magazine. One invitation. One viral video.

As you keep grinding and pushing everyday, make sure you grab hold of every opportunity.

Take for example, the NCAA March Madness that every college basketball team looks forward to. They set their goal a year in advance, scout the regional teams, and look for ways to improve the process.

There are 68 teams that will enter a knockout bracket and every team looks forward to keep playing another day or an upset that they will never forget.

A high ranking team will lose to a smaller school that no one has heard of because they failed to show up on that particular day.

No matter if you are sick, tired, and even if you don’t feel like it, KEEP SHOWING UP.

If you are going through a tough time, realize that there are others that are in a far worse situation. Trust the process and keep working hard every second towards your goal.
